ဆိုမာလီယာနိုင်ငံတို့ ဖြစ်ကြသည်။အာဖရိက ဦးချိုဒေသ (Horn of Africa) ကို အရှေ့မြောက်အာဖရိက နှင့် ဆိုမာလီယာကျွန်းဆွယ် ဟုလည်း ခေါ်ဆိုလေ့ ရှိကြသည်။ ထိုနေရာမှာ အရှေ့အာဖရိကရှိ ကျွန်းဆွယ်ဒေသတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပြီး အာရပ်ပင်လယ်အတွင်းသို့ ကီလိုမီတာ ရာပေါင်းများစွာ ထိုးထွက်နေကာ အေဒင်ပင်လယ်ကွေ့၏ တောင်ဘက်အခြမ်းတွင် တည်ရှိသည်။ ထိုနေရာသည် အာဖရိကတိုက် ၏ အရှေ့ဘက်အစွန်းဆုံး အပိုင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ အလယ်ခေတ် အခါက ဘိလပ်ဒ်အယ်လ် ဘာဘာ (Bilad al Barbar) သို့မဟုတ် ဘာဘာ လူမျိုးတို့၏ မြေ ဟု ညွှန်းဆိုလေ့ ရှိကြသည်။[၁][၂][၃] အာဖရိက ဦးချိုဒေသတွင် အီရီထရီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဂျီဘူတီနိုင်ငံ၊ အီသီယိုးပီးယားနိုင်ငံ နှင့် ဆိုမာလီယာနိုင်ငံ တို့ပါဝင်သည်။[၄][၅][၆][၇]
အာဖရိက ဦးချိုဒေသမှာ ခန့်မှန်းခြေအားဖြင့် ၇၇၂,၂၀၀ စတုရန်းမိုင် ( စတုရန်းကီလိုမီတာ ၂သန်း) အကျယ်အဝန်းမျာ ရှိပြီး လူဦးရေ သန်း၁၀၀ ခန့် နေထိုင်ကြသည်။ (အီသီယိုးပီးယား ၈၅သန်း၊ ဆိုမာလီယာ ၉.၃ သန်း၊ အီရီထရီးယား ၅.၂သန်း၊ ဂျီဘူတီ ၀.၈၆ သန်း)။ အာဖရိက ဦးချိုဒေသနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ သင်ယူလေ့လာမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ကြပြီး ထိုအထဲတွင် အီသီယိုးပီးယား လေ့လာရေးပညာနှင့် ဆိုမာလီယာ လေ့လာရေးပညာတို့လည်း ပါဝင်သည်။
