သစ္စာလေးပါး

၁။ ဒုက္ခသစ္စာThere is suffering suffering, anxiety, unsatisfactoriness (dukkha)

၂။ သမုဒ္ဓယသစ္စာ There is a cause of suffering (dukkha-samudaya)

၃။ နိရောဓသစ္စာ There is the cessation of suffering (dukkha-nirodha)

၄။ မဂ္ဂသစ္စာ There is a path leading to the cessation of suffering ,Noble Eightfold Path (dukkha-nirodha-marga)
