ရန်မိုးလျံ သည် မြန်မာအမျိုးသား ဒီမိုကရက်တစ် မဟာမိတ်တပ်မတော် (MNDAA) ၏ ထိပ်တန်းခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦး ဖြစ်သည်။[၁] သူသည် MNDAA နှင့် ကိုးကန့်မှ ဖုန်ကြားရှင်၏ ထုတ်ပယ်ခြင်းကို ခံခဲ့ရသည်။[၂] ၁၉၉၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရန်မိုးလျံသည် ရေသန့်နှင့် အရက်ယမကာ ထုတ်လုပ်သော ကုမ္ပဏီဖြစ်သည့် Peace Myanmar Group ကို တည်ထောင်ခဲ့သည်။[၃][၄]
