အင်းမြက် (Zizania latifolia) (Manchurian wild rice)[၅] (တရုတ်: 菰; ပင်ယင်: gū) သည် အာရှတိုက်တွင် ပေါက်ရောက်သည့် တောစပါးမျိုးနွယ်မြက်ပင်ဖြစ်သည်။ အင်းမြက်ကို အာရှတိုက်တွင် အစားအစာအဖြစ်အသုံးချသည်။ ပင်စည်နှင့် အစေ့ကို စားသုံးနိုင်သည်။ ရှေးအခါက တရုတ်ပြည်တွင် အရေးပါသည့် ဆန်တမျိုးဖြစ်ခဲ့သည်။[၆]:165 ယခုအခါ အင်းမြက်ကို အာရှတိုက်တွင် ဆန်အဖြစ်အသုံးချမှုမှာ လုံးဝနီးပါး ပျောက်ကွယ်သွားပြီဖြစ်သည်။ ပင်စည်အတွက်မူ ဆက်လက် စိုက်ပျိုးနေဆဲဖြစ်သည်။[၆]
