ကာဂယံတောင်ကြားဒေသ (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Cagayan Valley) သည် နယ်မြေ ၂ ဟု သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံ၏ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးနယ်မြေတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ လူဇွန်ကျွန်း၏ အရှေ့မြောက်ဘက်တွင်တည်ရှိသည်။^[၄] ပြည်နယ် ၅ ခုဖြင့် ဖွဲ့ထားပြီး ၎င်းတို့မှာ ဘတိန်း၊ ကာဂယံ၊ အဇ္ဇဘယ်လာ၊ နူဗာဗစ်ကယာနှင့် ကွေရီနိုတို့ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤနယ်မြေ၌ ကော်အာရန်၊ အီလဂန်၊ ဆန်တီယာဂိုနှင့် တူဂူဂါရောင်ဟူသော တိုင်းရင်းသားဥပဒေအတိုင်းအုပ်ချုပ်သော မြို့ ၄ မျိုး ရှိသေးသည်။^[၅]

မြေအများစုမှာ ကော်ဒေလီရာနှင့် ဆီရာမဒါတောင်စဉ်တန်းတို့အကြားရှိ တောင်ကြားမြေဖြစ်သည်။ နိုင်ငံ၏ အကြီးဆုံးနှင့် ဒုတိယအရှည်ဆုံးမြစ်ဖြစ်သော ကာဂယံမြစ်သည် ကာရာဘော်လိုတောင်တန်းမှ ဤနယ်မြေကိုဖြတ်ကာ အပါရီမြို့ကတဆင့် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်ပင်လယ်သို့ စီးဝင်သွားသည်။ ကာဂယံဘေလီသည် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်၏ အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးနယ်မြေများတွင် ဒုတိယအကျယ်ဆုံးဖြစ်သည်။^[၆] ၂၀၁၃ ခု စစ်တမ်းအရ မြို့ခံ (အသက် ၁၀ မှ ၆၄) အကြား လူတို့၏ ၉၇.၂% မှာ စာတတ်ကြပြီး ဖိလစ်ပိုင်၏ နယ်မြေ ၁၇ ခုအနက် အမြင့်ဆုံးဖြစ်သည်။^[၇]
