Rendering

Windows 2000 users need to update Uniscribe DLL and enable complex script support. The easiest way to do this is to download and install MS Volt from here. You can alternatively download the Khmer Unicode Installer which will update your Uniscribe DLL. After that just get the font installed. Default fonts need not be set, Wikipedia will still render properly even if default font is set to ZawGyi or any other font. Just make sure that you have installed one of the fonts mentioned here.
