လွတ်လပ်ရေး ကြေညာစာတမ်းက သမိုင်းဝင် အရေးအသားဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် သူ့ရဲ့မူရင်း သဒ္ဒါအသုံး ကိုမပြင်ဆင်သင့်ဘူထင်ပါတယ်။

Is there anywhere I can find the English version of this Declaration?

I can hardly find anything (in English) about this declaration and the original English text on the web, so it makes me diffcult to understand what was written in this declartion because I cannot read Myanmar language. The necessary contents are lacked though it was mentioned in the article. I hope someone can offer some information about where to find it--that will be helpful
