Pair of white velvet garters that have been painted with a rose, leaf and wreath design; in the center of the wreath of A, is word "think" and in center of wreath of B is word "of me;" each garter has a buckle and clasp at opposite ends each of which has been embossed with identical designs, A 4 1/4" piece of 'elastic' at end of each garter made by handstitching 5 lengths of fine steel spring between layers of cotton, velvet garter has been backed with a piece of plain muslin; there is an overall discoloration on both pieces with one being slightly more discolored, otherwise the condition is very good
