အီရန်–အစ္စရေး စစ်ပွဲသည် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ဇွန်လ ၁၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် အစ္စရေးနိုင်ငံမှ Operation Rising Lion ဟုအမည်ပေးထားသော စစ်ဆင်ရေးဖြင့် အီရန်နိုင်ငံသို့ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် စတင်ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည်။[၃၄][၃၅][၃၆] ၎င်းသည် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်နောက်ပိုင်း ထိုနိုင်ငံနှစ်ဘက်အကြား ထိပ်တိုက်ဖြစ်ပွားသည့် ပထမဦးဆုံး ပဋိပက္ခဖြစ်သော်လည်း အတိုင်းအတာအားဖြင့် ကြီးမား၏။ အီရန်သည် (Operation True Promise III ဟု အမည်ဝှက်ပေးထားသော စစ်ဆင်ရေးဖြင့်) အစ္စရေးနိုင်ငံပေါ်သို့ တိုက်ချင်းပစ် ဒုံးကျည်များဖြင့် ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်၍ လက်တုံ့ပြန်ခဲ့ပြီး အများအားဖြင့် တဲလ်အဗ္ဗစ်မြို့နှင့်ဂျေရုဆလင်မြို့များကို ပစ်မှတ်ထား တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။[၃၇][၃၈] ဇွန်လ ၂၀ ရက်နေ့အထိ နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးတွင် ဒဏ်ရာရရှိသူနှင့် ထိခိုက်သေဆုံးသူ ဦးရေ ထောင်ဂဏန်းကျော်ရှိလာခဲ့ပြီး အီရန်ဘက်၌ ၂၂၄ ဦး သေဆုံးခဲ့ပြီး အစ္စရေးဘက်၌ ၂၅ ဦး သေဆုံးခဲ့သည်။[၃၉][၄၀]
ဤစစ်ပွဲသည် အီရန်မှ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးထားသော ပါလက်စတိုင်း နိုင်ငံရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုများ၊ ဟားမတ်စ်အဖွဲ့များနှင့် အစ္စရေးတို့ဖြစ်ပွားသည့် ဂါဇာစစ်ပွဲတွင် အစ္စရေး စတင်ပါဝင်လာချိန်မှ အစပြုခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ အီရန်သည် အစ္စရေးအား ပါလက်စတိုင်းလူမျိုး အရပ်သားများအား သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့သည်ဟုလည်း စွပ်စွဲထားသည်။ နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးအနေဖြင့် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၏ ဧပြီလတွင် တစ်ကြိမ်နှင့် အောက်တိုဘာလတွင် တစ်ကြိမ် ရင်ဆိုင်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများဖြစ်ပွားထားပြီး ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် ပိုမိုပြင်းထန်လာခဲ့သည်။[၄၁] [၄၂] အစ္စရေး၏ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကြောင့် အီရန်နိုင်ငံ၏ စစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်များနှင့် သိပ္ပံပညာရှင် အများအပြား သေဆုံးခဲ့ရသည်။[၄၃][၄၄][၄၅]
အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု ပါဝင်မှု
[ပြင်ဆင်ရန်]အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု သမ္မတ ဒေါ်နယ်လ် ထရမ့် လက်ထက်တွင် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုအနေဖြင့် အရှေ့အလယ်ပိုင်းဒေသ၏ လက်ရှိအခြေအနေများနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ စိုးရိမ်မိကြောင်း ဖော်ပြခဲ့ဖူးလေသည်။ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုသည် အစ္စရေး၏ အဓိကမဟာမိတ်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ကာ အစ္စရေးအား ဆယ်စုနှစ်များစွာ ထောက်ပံ့ပေးခဲ့ပြီး၊ အီရန်၏ ဒုံးကျည်များကို ပစ်ချရာ၌လည်း ပါဝင်ခဲ့၏။ အီရန်နှင့် အစ္စရေးတို့၏ စစ်ပွဲတွင် အစ္စရေးဘက်မှ ပါဝင်နေသည်ဟုလည်း ပညာရှင်များက ကြိုတင်သုံးသပ်ထားကြ၏။[၄၆][၄၇][၄၈][၄၉][၅၀] အစ္စရေး၏ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ မပြုလုပ်ခင်က အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုနှင့် အီရန်နိုင်ငံတို့သည် နျူကလီးယားဆိုင်ရာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး သဘောတူညီချက်များကို ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းထားခဲ့ကြပြီးဖြစ်သော်လည်း[၅၁][၅၂][၅၃][၅၄] တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ အပြီးနောက် အီရန်နိုင်ငံသည် နုတ်ထွက်သွားခဲ့လေသည်။[၅၅][၅၆]
၂၂ ဇွန်
[ပြင်ဆင်ရန်]ဇွန်လ ၂၂ ရက်နေ့တွင် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုသည် အီရန်-အစ္စရေး စစ်ပွဲတွင် အစ္စရေးဘက်မှ လူသိရှင်ကြား ပါဝင်လာခဲ့သည်။ အမေရိကန်သည် B-2 ဗုံးကြဲလေယာဉ်များစေလွှတ်၍ အီရန်ရှိ နျူကလီးယားစခန်းသုံးခုဖြစ်သော Fordow၊ Natanz နှင့် Isfahan တို့ကို တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့သည်။[၅၇][၅၈]

[ပြင်ဆင်ရန်]၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့ အာရပ်ဒေသစံတော်ချိန် ၁၉:၃၉ နာရီအချိန်ခန့်တွင် အီရန်နိုင်ငံက ကာတာနိုင်ငံ၊ ဒိုဟာမြို့အနီးရှိ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု လေတပ်မှ အသုံးပြုလျှက်ရှိသော Al Udeid လေတပ်စခန်းအား တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့သည်။ ယင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုသည် ယမန်နေ့က အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု၏ အီရန် နျူကလီးယားစခန်းများအား တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့မှုအပေါ် လက်တုံ့ပြန်ခြင်းဖြစ်လေသည်။ [၆၀] ၎င်းသည် ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ်နောက်ပိုင်း အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု၏ စစ်ဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ နေရာတစ်ခုအား အီရန် အနေဖြင့် ဒုတိယအကြိမ်မြောက် တိုက်ခိုက်ခြင်းလည်းဖြစ်သည်။[၆၁][၆၂]

[ပြင်ဆင်ရန်]ရိုက်တာသတင်း၏ ဖော်ပြချက်အရ အမေရိကန်သမ္မတ ဒေါ်နယ်ထရမ့်က အစ္စရေး-အီရန် ၁၂ ရက်ကြာ စစ်ပွဲအတွက် အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေး သဘောတူညီချက် စတင်အသက်ဝင်ပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ ထို့အပြင် နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးအနေဖြင့် အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေးကို ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်းမပြုရန် တောင်းဆိုခဲ့သည်။ ဤသို့ဖြင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား အသေအပျောက်များပြားခဲ့သည့် ၁၂ ရက်ကြာ စစ်ပွဲကို အဆုံးသတ်နိုင်ရေး မျှော်လင့်ချက်များ မြင့်တက်လာခဲ့သည်။[၆၈]
အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေး သဘောတူညီချက်ရပြီဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့် နာရီပိုင်းအလိုတွင် အီရန်သည် အစ္စရေးနိုင်ငံ မြောက်ပိုင်း၊ တောင်ပိုင်းနှင့် အလယ်ပိုင်းဒေသများကို ပစ်မှတ်ထား၍ ဒုံးကျည် ၂၀ ခန့်ကို ခြောက်ကြိမ်တိုင်တိုင် ပစ်လွှတ်ခဲ့သည်။ ဘီယာရှီဘာမြို့၌ လူလေးဦး သေဆုံးပြီး ၂၂ ဦး ဒဏ်ရာရရှိခဲ့ကာ အဆောက်အအုံအများအပြားလည်း ပျက်စီးခဲ့သည်။[၆၉]
နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် အစ္စရေးအရာရှိတစ်ဦးက အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲပြီးနောက် အီရန်က ဒုံးကျည်နှစ်စင်း ထပ်မံပစ်လွှတ်ခဲ့သော်လည်း နှစ်စင်းစလုံးကို ကြားဖြတ်ဟန့်တားနိုင်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ သို့သော် အီရန်ကမူ အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေးကို ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်းမရှိကြောင်း ငြင်းဆိုခဲ့သည်။ [၇၀]
