ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်း (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Oral sex သို့မဟုတ် oral intercourse) ဆိုသည်မှာ လူတစ်ဦး၏ လိင်အင်္ဂါအား အခြားတစ်ဦးမှ ပါးစပ် (နှုတ်ခမ်း၊ လျှာ သို့မဟုတ် သွားများ အပါအဝင်) ဖြင့် နိုးဆွလှုံ့ဆော်သော လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အပြုအမူဖြစ်သည်။ အမျိုးသမီး အပြင်လိင်အင်္ဂါအား ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းကို ဘာဂျာမှုတ်ခြင်း (Cunnilingus) ဟု ခေါ်ပြီး လိင်တံအား ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းကို ပုလွေမှုတ်ခြင်း (fellatio) ဟု ခေါ်သည်။[၁][၂] ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းတစ်မျိုးဖြစ်သော စအိုအား ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးခြင်းကို စအိုအား ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် ဆက်ဆံခြင်း (Anilingus) ဟု ခေါ်သည်။[၁]
ယောနိ သို့မဟုတ် စအိုဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်း ကဲ့သို့သော အခြားသော လိင်ဆက်ဆံမှု အပြုအမူများ မပြုလုပ်မီ လိင်စိတ် နိုးထစေရန်အတွက် လိင်မဆက်ဆံမီ နမ်းရှုပ်သုံးသပ်ခြင်းအနေဖြင့် ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းကို ပြုလုပ်လေ့ရှိသည်။[၁][၃] အခြားသော လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်း အပြုအမူများကဲ့သို့ပင် ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းသည် လိင်မှတဆင့် ကူးစက်တတ်သော ရောဂါများ ကူးစက်နိုင်သည့် အခွင့်အလမ်းရှိနေသည်။ သို့သော်လည်း ယောနိ သို့မဟုတ် စအိုဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းများထက် အိတ်ချ်အိုင်ဗွီ ကူးစက်နိုင်မှုမှာ သိသာစွာ နည်းပါးသည်။[၄][၅][၆]
ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းကို ဘာသာရေး၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုအရ တားမြစ်ထားခြင်း ရှိနိုင်သော်လည်း[၁] နိုင်ငံအများစုတွင် ဥပဒေထုတ်ကာ တားမြစ်ထားခြင်းများ မရှိပေ။ အတွးအမြင် အမျိုးမျိုးကွဲပြားသော်လည်း ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံခြင်းသည် နှစ်ဦးစလုံး၏ လူပျိုအပျိုစင်ဖြစ်ခြင်းအပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှုမရှိဟု လူအများက လက်ခံကြသည်။[၇][၈][၉][၁၀] လူများအနေဖြင့် ပါးစပ်ဖြင့် လိင်ဆက်ဆံမှု ခံယူခြင်း သို့ ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း အပေါ် အနုတ်ဆောင်သော အတွေးများရှိနိုင်ခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ယင်းသို့ပြုမူရန် ငြင်းဆိုခြင်းများ ရှိနေနိုင်သည်။[၁]
