စင်ကာပူလူမှုရေးသိပ္ပံတက္ကသိုလ် (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Singapore University of Social Sciences)သည် စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံ၏ အစိုးရထောက်ပံ့ကြေးရ (publicly-funded) ကိုယ်တိုင်ဆုံးဖြတ်အုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်သော (autonomous) တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။[၄][၅] ၂၀၁၇-ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်သော လူမှုရေးသိပ္ပံဆိုင်ရာများကို အဓိကအားဖြင့် သင်ကြားသော ဒီဂရီပရီုဂရမ်များကို ဦးစားပေးသော တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။[၆] စတင်တည်ထောင်သည့် ၂၀၁၇-ခုနှစ် ပထမဆုံးကျောင်းသားအသုတ်တွင် ကျောင်းသားဦးရေ ၂၁၃၇-ယောက်ကို စတင်လက်ခံခဲ့သည်။[၇][၈] ၎င်းတက္ကသိုလ်ကို အတိုကောက်အားဖြင့် အက်စ်ယူအက်စ်အက်စ် (SUSS) ဟုလည်းခေါ်ကြသည်။
