အမေရိကန် အိုင်ဒယ်(လ်) (American Idol) သည် အမေရိကန် Fox ရုပ်သံဌာနမှ ထုတ်လွှင့်သည့် သီချင်းဆိုပြိုင်ပွဲ အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်သည်။ ဗြိတိန်မှ Pop Idol အစီအစဉ်ကို အတုယူထားပြီး ဂီတပါရမီရှင်များကို ရှာဖွေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားသည်။ ၂၀၀၂ ခုနှစ် ဇွန်လ ၁၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် စတင်ထုတ်လွှင့်ခဲ့ချိန်မှစ၍ ယနေ့အထိ လူကြိုက်အများဆုံး အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာသည်။
