NOTE: Bicubic interpolation has the feature that it does not necessarily respect the initial data-interval. In this example:

>> max(max(DataBicubicFine))
ans =
    6.0701
>> min(min(DataBicubicFine)) 
ans =
    0.6882

whereas the input data has minimum 1 and maximum 6.
